Professional and Friendly staff.
A variety of workouts and it doesn't matter what fitness level, the staff will support you along the journey.
I used to make excuses why i wouldn't train or exercise each day, not anymore.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I highly recommend F45 Kumeu. The owners Mandy and Jamie make you feel like a part of a team along with their amazing crew of trainers they encourage you to strive to be your best self. I love that you just turn up and everything is in place ready for you to work out, It is varied and the workouts are balanced to ensure you use all muscle groups to achieve the functional fitness. F45 is fun and very addictive - I love it :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I highly recommend F45 Kumeu. Don't worry about the photos of just young fit slim people in the adverts, it is great for everyone. I'm a woman over 50 and feel very comfortable there. I've been going to different Gyms and Fitness Groups for over 30 years, and F45 Kumeu is one of the best I've been to. I like the variety, class times, and trainers and I have seen some great results, what's more, I always look forward to going. I also think the price is great value, you can go as many times as you like and there are trainers helping you every time!
