★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Having not taken any exercise for over year I thought I’d bite the bullet and get back in the saddle. I was a bit apprehensive and intimidated as I always thought of F45 as something you’d have to get fit for before you started. How wrong I was! Dana and the team are absolutely awesome, as soon as I walked in and confessed I was worried I might actually die they put me straight at ease. The workouts are fun, the team are full of encouragement and take time to make sure your form is correct without making you feel silly. I am really enjoying being back on my fitness journey and I can’t recommend this place highly enough.

It's the only training I've done where I've got the desired results but mostly it's super fun, great music and they always make an effort to keep the culture and community aspect well alive! Love this place and couldn't recommend it more.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing staff and workouts which motivate you in every class. The place isn't showy (not a mirror in sight) and is inclusive for all fitness levels, including beginners. The staff have the right balance of giving you space when you need it, pointing out opportunities to improve technique and then pushing you to work that bit harder when they know you've got it in you. I feel fitter than I have in a long time and I love that the schedule keeps me honest when it's cold and dark outside.

I love that the F45 experience feels boutique, you meet other people, the trainers know your name and this means they also notice when you haven't been around! Short structured workouts that actually do something in an environment that feels homely and encouraging. And even better, heaps of parking for cars, bikes and dogs! Thank you F45 team Remuera.
