★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Such an awesome gym I absolutely love it!! Not only are the classes amazing but the coaches & community feel makes it such a fun & friendly place to train. If you want to seriously improve your fitness & meet some epic people along the way I would highly recommend this gym.

I was hesitant about joining as I have never done group workouts/classes before, but after my first class at F45 I was hooked and had to sign up. Highly recommend to anyone who is thinking about joining it to just give it a try!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing! I wasn't the biggest fan of group classes but I am converted. Great location, very good set up and lay out and everyone is super supportive and knowledgeable. Really good times for the classes and a lot of fun extra activities on the go. Would highly recommend if you are a complete novice or an athlete, the coaches do an incredible job of tailoring the exercise stations to the individual, regardless of fitness level. Big fan!
