She really takes the time to chat with you about what you need and answer all your questions, and if she's unsure about something she'll do her research before she makes any recommendations. I trust her absolutely and the condition of my skin has improved dramatically in the few months I've been seeing her. I just wish I could take her with me when I leave NZ later this month... ?
