β β β β β Discriminative to some dogs and breed. Unfriendly owners, never explain anything and never took responsibility when we realised our dog had minor injuries (bite marks) because he was sharing his sleeping place with another dog which we didn't know and wasn't informed. So if you do care for your fur baby, please do not use this place. Definitely not a pet motel

β β β β β Worst experience ever, no eftpos payment service, unfriendly staffs. Found out that my dog was bitten once we reached home, so rang back to ask if they knew what happened. I was told they did not notice anything however, we were told that our dog was sharing a kennel with another dog the whole time he stayed there. We weren't told or informed if the dog was to share kennel otherwise would have go elsewhere. Would highly NOT recommended to come here, don't waste your money it's really isn't worth it.

β β β β β Best place for our dog, owners know how to look after the pets with care. Best part is that he is specifically matched up with another dog to share a space so he has company and fun, we have to drag him out to get him home!

β β β β β The cats are not happy here. They need to improve on there living standards. And staff need to read notes on cats personality to look after properly and understand them.

β β β β β We've been taking our dogs there for years and I actually started taking my difficult Jake Russell over ten years ago. Our dogs love going there which is the best indication of how they are treated. When our j Russell got terribly I'll one time he was cared for in their home, we were contacted right away, he had a tummy upset which he has had before at home. We feel totally satisfied our boys are in good hands which is very important to us all

β β β β β Our boys have boarded here several times and are well looked after, enjoying their stays to the point that every time we drop them off, they happily walk beside the owners without even giving a backwards glance to us which assured us that they were fine. The owners are lovely people, kind, very warm and welcoming. We would highly recommend them and their Pet Motel to anyone looking to board their fur babies.

β β β β β Owner took the time to try and calm my anxious dog which I appreciate. Dogs came home happy and tired, so I'm happy. Be aware there is no eftpos. Cash or cheque payment only

β β β β β Gaye and the team have been caring our dogs for the better part of ten years. The dogs have always enjoyed going there, have always been well taken care of and happy when we've arrived to collect them. We love our pups and it's never easy leaving them to go away on holiday, however the team at Fairfield Pet Motels make it that little bit easier as we know our pets are in good hands and well taken care of in our absence.
