H	H on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rang up to make an appointment and received a really cold phone call, made me feel uncomfortable to go in but was hoping the receptionists would be better. However after coming in I was even more embarrassed as the lady talked to me in such a condescending tone and even smirked at me. I left without my issue fixed as she just said nothing was available for several days and did not even try to resolve my query. As a first time nervous visitor I was nervous enough, I will definitely not be back

That doesn't help the young people trying to be responsible about birth control. Receptionist sounded half asleep while fobbing me off & telling me to go to another doctor. Didn't create a great impression. REALLY disappointed in this centre/service provider!!!!
Z	Zoe M on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Highly recommended! I went there for a smear test and had the best experience with nurse Tara from Timaru. She was really professional and friendly, making the whole process comfortable and quick. It was also easy to book an appointment, overall 5-stars for me.

The first three appointments they seemed confused that I'm an immigrant and needed proof of my visa? Seemed rude and invasive about it, each time. They also don't seem to check their notes very often, I always seem to be answering the exact same questions with the exact same confusion each time lol. They're safe, they're mostly professional, they're good at the physical side of their jobs, but there are some weird Karen/ white/ burnedout/ annoyed vibes there. I know their work is hard, but I do wish I had other options lol I appreciate their work, but wish I was taken care of a little better.

Felt I needed to write this review as I saw the bad ones here and this was not my experience at all. This is a State funded service and we can’t expect private clinic speed somewhere like this. My doctor was fab, I felt at ease and everything went smoothly. They’re doing great work here.
