Went in to buy 20L of sugar syrup on a Saturday and there's no one that knows how to work the machine to give you the syrup!
You guys NEED to train your staff...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Shocking service here and not the first time. Lots of staff but no one helps you even if you’re walking around the place looking lost. If you ask where something is they just point, in the wrong place and don’t bother to even clarify what you’re after. Farmlands Marton has far superior customer service. I walked out of Feilding empty handed and will shop somewhere else.
