★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had to go hunting for a package I'd purchased for my son's 21st birthday which was allegedly "signed for" and left at "MY" address.
I eventually went across the road and found that Farmlands also claim the address of my residence even though they're on the "even" side of the street.
The older gentleman who initially served me was very dismissive but a younger staff member retrieved the package and explained that Farmlands has 2 or 3 addresses.
I'm grateful to have found my son's (expensive) gift but it's irresponsible of them to leave their address as is and now I'll probably have to check with them for EVERY delivery if it fails to show up.

An obtuse old pakeha man works here who can only offer (reluctantly) passive aggressive ‘we don’t have that here’ or ‘I don’t know which one does what’ (NB: I called earlier and spoke to someone who advised the thing I needed was there ... this man wasn’t even going to offer someone else who might more knowledgeable than he, to help) ... not a problem solver or a customer orientated employee ... which ironically is probably in his JD.
They have a nice shop with all your gardening and farming needs. They only just receive two stars cos a lovely younger woman was able to help me with what I needed and carried the item to my car.
