β β β β β I can't say how happy I am with results from Toby and Charlie. I went somewhat reluctantly (following a recommendation), having had a couple of false starts. Toby's communication is excellent and honest, advising to trust the system and stick with it. It's taken six months of steady progress but they have done what they said they would do. I had forgotten how good it is to be pain free.

β β β β β Contacted the team after an injury not knowing exactly what I needed, within the first session we walked through all the issues I was facing, areas I needed to improve and had a perfect plan in place for everything I needed to do. On top of all the practical help, I was also given confidence that I was heading in the right direction, and general confidence in the injury. I never knew that Toby & Charlie would change my rehab journey so much, but it has shown massive benefit 3 months on and couldn't recommend them enough.

β β β β β I started seeing Toby three weeks ago as I was suffering with constant pain in my left shoulder and a painful neck. I told him that I was due to go on a long haul flight in five weeks. We decided on an intensive treatment program not only to get me through the flight but to also maintain a pain free body beyond that. Three weeks of appointments so far (twice weekly) and Iβm feeling so much better. We have been doing a mix of adjustments, chiropractic treatments, cupping, shockwave therapy and light therapy. Toby and his team have been amazing and I would recommend them to anyone.

β β β β β After 25 years of chronic lower back pain which Iβd seen multiple specialists for in at least two countries, I didnβt hold our a lot of hope of things improving. Toby told me to give them some time and patience and theyβd sort it. Nine or ten months in, while not cured, the improvement is much more than I could have hoped for after 25 years. Iβve just spent nine nights on an air bed which would have ruined me normally but feeling great! Thanks team.

β β β β β I have been seeing Toby and Charlie for four months now and have had such amazing results. I had been in pain for my back for over 3 years and reached a point where I was taking pain relief most days just to get by. I felt a lot of hip numbness and wasn't able to sleep on my left side. Additionally I had been having ongoing pain in my toe for over 10 years. I'd been to a number of physios, doctors and specialists with no improvement. I was told that there was nothing more that could be done and that I would need to live with my pain. After just a few treatment sessions, I hadn't taken pain relief, the numbness was gone and I was able to sleep on my left side. I have so appreciated the teams holistic approach and the extra mile they have gone to get me where I am today. My only regret is not finding Toby and Charlie sooner

β β β β β Started seeing Toby with neck pain and tightness that had me taking pain medication at least twice a day. After an intensive 3 months of appointments including acupuncture, cupping and chiropractic adjustments, I was so much better. I am now nearly 3 months of no treatment and feel great.
Toby and the team have a great workspace and supportive approach to care and treatment.

β β β β β Toby and Charlie have given me back my ability to play with my kids and train pain free.
Iβd had 18+ months of a chronic tendon issue that was not recovering.
Thanks to their advice and great treatment Iβve steadily gotten back full function. The whole team is fantastic and Iβm really happy with the progress.

β β β β β Went to see Toby for my daughter first, she was in agony and could not walk without pain. We had been to see physiotherapists and podiatrists without much luck. After her first appointment she was able to walk out by herself without much pain - a few months later and she is very happy and doesnβt seem to have any issues anymore.
Seeing her results I also booked myself in to treat my tendinitis and Iβm also getting better!
Both Toby and Charlie are great, have a very friendly attitude, good holistic philosophy and explain things well. Iβm very happy we found them!
