She has an amazing passion for what she is teaching which in turn helps to get us excited about it. We have certainly learned lots and noticed great results. I couldn't recommend feel fresh nutrition more highly.

After returning from a two year stint in Asia, living in a bubble in a relatively unhealthy environment - I was experiencing an array of issues (digestive, skin, hair). Abbie helped me to get back on track with a comprehensive dietary and lifestyle plan. Can't thank her enough.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After listening to Abbie talking at an event, I liked the way she approached and saw nutrition today and so I went ahead and book a consultation with Feel fresh. Abbie wasn't available so I met with Kimberley instead.
It was a waste of time and money. Kimberley wasn't interested in our sessions and stop answering after some time.
I didn't learn much about nutrition, and didn't see much change in my life from it.
Since I read the book "Deep nutrition" from Dr Cate Shanahan which i recommend instead.
