Particularly Jill who is great at walking around and correcting when you’re not doing an exercise quite right I find that really really helpful. Thank you to everyone

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely love fem fed. Have moved from a bigger, commercial gym and I have noticed a HUGE difference in friendliness, cleanliness, comfort, and more. The staff are friendly and welcoming, and all the members are too. Going to the gym is my favourite part of my day because of fem fed. <3

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Clean, tidy and friendly little gym with a good mix of ages. The staff are lovely and make you feel welcome and included and take a genuine interest in their clients. They have a good mix of classes on a rolling schedule. The gym is small but not crowded. If your looking for an exclusively female gym this is the one for you. Parking is available outside.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Female Federation is the BEST place for ladies looking for a supportive, encouraging, well-equipped, fun, friendly gym! The amazing trainers and staff know each member so well and provide an environment that empowers you to reach your own goals - providing encouragement always and advice when desired! There are such a large number and variety of group classes with knowledgeable, passionate trainers that go above and beyond to make each class motivating and fun! Facilities are always great and so clean - with hot showers and great hair dryers! I have never experienced a gym like this and highly recommend you check it out for yourself! :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ this is quite a small gym. i did go here for quite some time as i liked it was all women, and i felt more comfortable. however, it is very small and the machines are very old, there is also limited machines. i think it is quite expensive for what it offers
