★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We arrived at lunchtime, the “homemade” food in the cabinet consisted of a cple of bacon & egg rolls, a few (very few) slices & lots & lots of pies. We were ignored for over 5 mins, they weren’t int in seeing any Covid passports. We sat down & read the menu - the same old boring stuff, omelettes, mince on toast, eggs bene, French toast (yawn). We decided there were better options elsewhere & left. Underwhelming.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Customer service not what it use to be. After being seated for 20-30 mins we got our own menus, went to order person serving said you missed the sign (which was tiny) kitchen closed. Staff clearly didn't want to be there. Sad considering the amazing place it use to be.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great spot for a relaxed lunch or coffee. Service was fast and friendly and the food was well cooked. We were very impressed with some different options not readily available in other places. The courgette Chips are a good example.
We look forward to coming back again soon.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went there for breakfast. I ordered poached eggs and bacon and my husband fish and chips. After waiting forty-five minutes they brought my husband's meal and forgot mine. There were hardly any other customers in the café. I finally received my food when we were about to leave. The food was good but poor service. They had also got our coffee orders wrong.
