★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely shocking customer service. A horrible corporate response and no accountability to the patient/client when an appointment is changed due to the company’s unavailability. On two separate occasions, after waiting months for a cleaning, I was told the appointment needed to be rescheduled (within 24 hrs of the day booked) And the next available was months from the original date. When I asked to speak to a manager or customer service agent to address the matter I was given an 0800 number and told it was “corporate”. I recommend finding a local dentistry that is run by the operator and cares about you and your teeth being cared for in a timely manner.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ From the moment I walked in ,I was greeted by a very friendly receptionist. Emma the hygienist is amazing put me at ease straight away by her friendly outgoing personality.
Shane the dentist, I would totally recommend. Goes out of his way to help very caring. Prices amazing for treatment.
Go check them out, you won’t be disappointed.
