★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I wouldn't normally write a review for a consulting/monitoring company but these guys go way above and beyond the call of duty to help people out and they are amazing to deal with! We had problems with our original installer and monitoring company and these guys were incredible helping us through that process and have been fantastic throughout resolving all our issues. Unfortunately our process with previous fire monitoring companies has not been the best experience and does not give the industry a good name... we need more caring and genuine people like FFP out there who are willing to help people! They are competent, fairly priced, have amazing customer service and have fixed other peoples errors at no cost to us when they did not have to do that. I couldn't speak highly enough of this company. If you are looking for a good company to work with I recommend choosing FFP!
