She has made wedding planning for me stress free fun and light. People ask me all the time leading up to the wedding if I’m stressed or worried but the simple answer is no way! Cat thinks of all the unthinkable things to make your day the best! She’s great at keeping in touch always giving me options and things to think about her prices are out of this world for the work she does in the back ground I look forward to having future big events to have her work her magic again ❤️

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Only a month or so before our daughter’s wedding we decided to employ Kat from Fika events to help “keep the show on the road”. What an asset Kat was to our weekend. She arrived the day before and not only fitted in with everyone she helped out in so many ways that we hadn’t expected. She managed to stay calm amid the chaos and on the day was so professional and unobtrusive. Just what we wanted!! It meant we were able to relax and enjoy the magic of such a special day!! I certainly wouldn’t do another wedding without her!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cat was a real asset to have, she is experienced, professional, fun and easygoing, but most of all she was able to be flexible and fit in well with our family, friends and the overall dynamic for the day. She helped keep everyone on track and did so many helpful things in the background that made the day go smoothly. Would absolutely recommend having her on your team!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cat and her team from FIKA Events went above and beyond to make our wedding day exactly how we envisioned it! Cat is absolutely worth her weight in gold and worked extremely hard behind the scenes leading up to and on the day. She took away all the stress so I could just relax and enjoy my day being a bride. The day honestly wouldn't have been anywhere near as successful as it was without Cat coordinating and organising all the vendors, and working hard to ensure all the decor was looking perfect. The resounding response we got from all our guests was 'It was one of the BEST weddings we've ever been to!'. I HIGHLY recommend FIKA Events to anyone thinking of organising a wedding.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cat was the best investment for our day… Covid caused us to scale down from a guest list of 130 to an intimate ceremony and dinner for 50 at a completely new location just weeks out and nothing was a problem.
Cat is organised, a great communicator, thoughtful, helpful and easy-going. Her nature ensured all of our bridal party enjoyed the day too as no-one had the tough job of keeping us on track! And she did it with a smile ?
We had the best day, and Cat was a HUGE part of that. Highly reccomend!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Catrin from Fika Events made our wedding day even more perfect than we imagined! I would highly recommend her as she made the whole process so easy from day one. Any issues on the day, Cat dealt with it without worrying us and put our minds at ease so we could just enjoy the day!
The only regret I have is not getting her sooner to help plan.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Where to even begin on how incredible Cat is! To say she is an asset is a big understatement when it comes to our experience with her...Cat has been the biggest part of our wedding from day one. My husband and I wanted to plan a wedding that our guests would walk away and say 'Wow, that was an incredibly fun wedding' but to say this required a lot of planning with all the moving parts - thankfully we had Cat by our side. She listened to our hearts, ideas, cultural traditions, and dreams for the big day and helped to bring them into reality. Planning with her was a breeze especially having her incredible personalised online tools; this allowed us to do stuff in the background and she was always in the loop, any time I felt overwhelmed (which was rare) she was there with her kind heart and took away all stresses/thoughts in my head. She checked in, gave suggestions and solutions, and was always there with any requests I had during the planning process.
Cat's on-the-day coordination, organisation, time skills, and eye for detail shone so brightly on our big day. Having someone who knew exactly what we wanted and wholeheartedly trusted was everything to us. It allowed us to be present during the day when the morning of she was setting up, and during the day behind-the-scenes she made everything flow smoothly. Cat seamlessly communicated with all vendors on our behalf, sent our MC helpful tips and tricks, and was one of the last ones there at the end of the night. Cat goes above and beyond what is required of her and we will be forever grateful for everything she did for our wedding (trust me, it was a lot having two cultures, traditions, and several moving parts involved).
Cat's passion for weddings, love, and helping your dream come true is what makes her so special. She truly is the person you want on your team! I can't highly recommend her enough!!!!!!
