★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the best experiences I have ever had anywhere. We got a new kitchen. The best advice, the best quality, the most flexible. Wonderful customer service - thank you Iain especially, for your care and hard work and for the many challenges that you always made appear seamless when I was panicking - the install team were also great. Nothing was too much trouble and our requests were not the easiest! We are delighted to have had such expertise in our own city. Would use you again in an instant and my father who is nearly impossible to please is highly impressed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We engaged Finesse Joinery to build some wardrobes for us during our home renovation in early April 2021.
After accepting an initial quote, the owner David came over and measured our wardrobes. Then ... nothing.
We have spoken with David many times to ask for an update and we are still waiting for him to come back to us with a final price and install date. His responses on the phone were always ‘I will email you in a few days’. There has been no apology or communication from him over these last few months, which unfortunately has lead to this review. We have since moved into our house and have been living out of suitcases because we waited so long for David to get back to us. We are have engaged another Christchurch joinery business who have been incredibly responsive.
I would definitely not recommend using Finesse as they seem to have no interest in customer care or getting new work.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Expert Joinery at its best. We installed a kitchen in a commercial setting, under bench lighting, soft close doors and custom made. The work was superbly finished, installed quickly, accurate and excellent value $$. Excellent company and we highly recommend AAA+. Thanks Finesse.
