Going the extra mile by covering the load delivered today so it wouldn't get wet while my husband and I were out. Thanks guys

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First time I have brought firewood from this factory and they were on time with their delivery just like they said in email, they kept their communication lines open and they were really helpful. We had trouble getting our wood to light and their solution was to give us 5 free boxes of Samba firelighter (free of charge) we did ask if we can pay him for that and he insisted we don't need to. Super kind! Great service to those they delivery to and Afterpay is an option for anyone who cannot pay the full amount upfront which is useful :)
