I would say they possess the innovation and initiative to be around for a very long time in a market that is ever changing and highly competitive.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have had a terrible experience so far and there is no end in sight.
I was charged GST and other charges for my parcel because it had arrived in NZ.
After I paid the invoice I heard nothing for a week. When I checked what had happened to my parcel I was told it had never been scanned into NZ and was on its way back to the supplier in the US.
Apparently it is somehow my fault that my parcel has gone missing and I have not heard any more from them in almost a week. There seems to be no interest to help me find my parcel.
I am completely at a loss for what to do next. My original shipping was through USPS, I will definitely avoid using USPS in the future for fear of FGL getting involved
