The most unprofessional rental team I've come across.
I stated in my application I wanted the rental for 1 year or more.
They typed on the rental contract PERIODIC.
This meant in 2 months I was booted out because the land lord sold.
Should of transferred to next owners but NO.
BE VERY CAREFULL IF YOU DEAL WITH THEM, USE A FINE TOOTHED COMB.
A LAWYER WOULD BE BETTER.
Highly disappointed with First national Te Puke branch,
