β β β β β Definitely gone down hill since the new owners came into possession.
I've been put on hold without being told so, and have waited a few minutes until I just had to hang up, had undercooked fish, undercooked potato fritters and the customer services ... Terrible.

β β β β β Usually really good. Their burgers have been getting colder and less appetizing over the last 9 months.
Tonight I rang 3 times to place an order at 7.40pm. No answer. Got down to the shop to find them mopping up and closed. They dont close till 8pm. Could have picked up the phone to tell us they were closing earlier and saved me the travel.

β β β β β I've been to this shop twice now the most recent a couple of weeks ago. They do the best garlic chips I've ever had. People have talked about portion size but it seemed huge to me. Didn't bother checking the price so maybe you'd expect more if you pay a lot. Fish I brought was yummy as well. Well done Fish Whare. I'll be back.

β β β β β The awesome friendly staff at till made my day. Cheaper to buy fresh fish at a size you wanted than buying Hoki at $4. Great prices and serving of half scope of chips was huge. Highly recommended
