★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolute nightmare when it comes to resize our rings. Friendly staff, but that cannot justify how unprofessional the service was. Here are the facts and I will let you be the judge. Definitely DO NOT recommend for resizing rings based on our experience.
1. First visit, Angela served us, measured our sizes and noted on a piece of paper, almost forgot to use the wider band to measure my wider wedding band (had to be reminded by Patricia), and almost noted down the wrong size for one of the rings (I had to stop her and correct it). When it came to add up the charges, I saw them manually write something on the existing price book (guessing they did not have existing rates for platinum ring resize somehow).
2. A few days later, I got a call from Patricia saying they lost the piece of paper with the sizing information and we had to go in again for size measuring. Lanaya served us who was very professional and friendly, and that was when we found out that how Angela did the measuring initially was incorrect.
3. A few days later, we went in to collect the finished rings. Upon inspection, one ring's laser engraving was gone (specifically told them be careful of the engraving at the back initially, the excuse was the engraving was too thin which they didn't inform us initially) and another ring still had unacceptable scratches on it. Apparently no checks were performed before presenting the final products to customer. So they had to redo the engraving and re-polishing.
4. Just went in today hoping everything was okay, until, again upon our inspection, a few diamonds got a bit dark from the workshop dust and they had to rush in and clean it. Again it showed that no check was performed before presenting the final products to customer.
As a reference, the total cost we paid was $323 - two downsize, one upsize.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I began the “reshaping of jewellery” process by taking practically everything I no longer wore, into Fishers Jewellers in Whangarei. We tipped the tangle of necklaces, earrings and brooches onto a velvet tray.
Fishers incredibly creative jewellers, spent many patient hours with me deciding how it could all be given a new, useful life.
I have no words to describe how cleverly and exquisitely they have transformed it all into heritage jewellery to be passed down through the generations to come.
I am very grateful for the time and ideas which Fishers Jewellers put into the remodelling of my jewellery. I love wearing every piece.
Most importantly of all, all the people in Fishers with whom I have had contact, show such enormous pride in their work and in making their customers feel relaxed, happy and valued. I am so happy we chose to work with Fishers Jewellers. Thank you all. ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So Happy with the service I received on Saturday from Tina at Fishers Jewellers in Whangarei, I had a problem with a bracelet I had bought from another (Pandora store) Tina was friendly as well as very knowledgeable with all things relating to Pandora also going that extra mile explaining how to sort my problem, making phone calls and sorting out my product & new receipt etc …….I will definitely be back .Thank you

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fishers Jewellers is my go-to Jewellers in Whangarei NZ. I love the variety, especially the Pandora Range as it's not available in-store anywhere else in town.
The Staff are always Customer Focused and really help to find the right piece for you.
I HIGHLY RECOMMEND that you visit the team there. You WILL NOT be disappointed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Johnny at Fisher Jewellers was great to work with, after a little false start his suggestion of adding to an existing necklace worked out fantastic with the end result being just what the doctor ordered.
I would recommend Johnny and Fishers to anyone who wants jewellery of any description, new or manufactured knowing full well you would be looked after as well as we did.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was such a lovely experience-as it normally always is. I was lucky to be served by Angela. She was really lovely, very helpful. I threw a couple of curve balls at her when I presented a e.voucher. A voucher I was given via my phone-not a paper or card voucher. It wasn’t exactly straight forward and she hadn’t come across one before but was most helpful in trying to sort it out. Unfortunately after deciding on Pandora items the voucher wouldn’t allow for Pandora items. She then showed me other pieces in your shop.
On top of that I was looking for some earrings for my mum, she was very helpful in picking out pieces I was describing what perhaps my mum would like.
