I recently completed the 12 week challenge with Rich and what a difference it made! Having someone to motivate me as well as keep me accountable was a game changer meaning that I more than reached my goals. I continue to do the classes as they are fun and varied with a great bunch of people, I would highly recommend Fit 4 Life!

I cannot say enough about Rich and how good he is. After rupturing my ACL at the ripe old age of 45, Rich worked out a specific plan to suit my needs and get me back on the football field and golf course. Within 6 months I was playing both sports again, feeling fitter and stronger than before the injury. I highly recommend Rich's services to all.

I thoroughly enjoy Rich's fresh approach to training, every workout is slightly different and exciting! He is constantly exploring new ways to make the workouts better and my experience at F4L even more enjoyable. I also appreciate Rich's thorough understand of the body and his curiosity as to why a muscle might not be firing quite right.

I have trained at Fit 4 Life since 2013, attending his small group training classes and the odd Boot Camp. Rich has also been my Personal Trainer for that time too. Richard is a highly skilled and knowledgeable health industry professional, always encouraging and motivating in his approach. In the time I have trained at F4L I have had massive personal success - Rich has been instrumental on a journey that has seen this 42 year old pre diabetic Mum of 3 and ex-couch potato shed 40kg, and I now enjoy a much healthier lifestyle, competing in running and obstacle events and I have just completed my 3rd Tough Guy in Rotorua. Without Richard's skill and encouragement, I am certain I'd still be lamenting on the couch battling a myriad of health issues, so I can't thank him and recommend his outfit enough! Triple thumbs up!!!

Rich at F4L has been my trainer for coming up 10 years now and I can’t recommend him enough as a professional and accessible trainer. Rich has a holistic approach to helping me to achieve my fitness goals, is constantly challenging me with new concepts and constantly keeps our training sessions fresh after all this time.

I attend the F4L "outside" classes twice a week. I'm into running and I find that Richard's classes really help me with core strength. My running form has improved and so have my times! Richard caters for all fitness levels in the group, everyone is suitably challenged within their own limits. So even if you think you're not fit enough (like I did when I started) come along and try it, I'm glad I did!

I’ve been working with Rich from F4L for the past few weeks. Right from the outset he was a real professional. His sessions tuned for the limitations of 12yrs of wanton neglect, my fault not the kids, are a great balance between movement, hard yak, rest and are always interesting. I’ve certainly benefitted. Lost some beef with improved mobility and a real uplift in my sense of well being. I look forward to and enjoy every session. Rich’s holistic knowledge around health, well being and fitness is awesome and I would without hesitation recommend him.

After suffering damage to my quad I approached Rich and he has worked with me for the last several months to rebuild strength and stamina. The results have been excellent and Rich has helped me beyond the original injury with great stretch and strength building routines. I am back running and even my golf has improved! Highly recommend Rich.
