★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not often one can give a good review about a firm,but these guys are fabulous. We bought a dishwasher off Appliance plus which unfortunately had an error problem,They fixed it , but problem came back
To my surprise a truck pulled up yesterday with as brand new replacement and the guys installed and tested it for us. Happy customers and will certainly deal with them again and Happy to give them a good review.Very proffesional. Brian Thompson and Judy Holmes Cherrywood st.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have a 16 year old Smeg oven which was playing up. 5 star arrived in a few days and figured the problem and ordered a new thermostat. They promptly arrived later that week to fix it. But it didn't work so they did research and returned 3 more times to sort my problem. None of these returns was their fault but that of a old complicated 900 wide oven. They only charged me for the initial charge. They did everything they could to sort my problem. I highly recommend this business. They are honest, kind and efficient.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Did not find this business very helpful at all. The lights on my range hood were not working. Driver needed replacing. Was advised as it was out of warranty they would not come out to look at it. On there website they advertised they would still "look after me" if my appliance was out of warrant. They lied. They then said if I could bring in my range hood they would look at it, which is ridiculous as it installed into the kitchen cupboard. Would not recommend these guys.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Charged $800 to repair our Dishwasher. Clearly had no clue what was the matter with it so just put new parts in. After they had in in the workshop for two weeks they declared it fixed. Shortly after we got it back it broke again with very similar symptoms. They declared it was a different fault and wanted $200 more to fix that. Needless to say don't trust these people, they have no clue what they are doing.
Does anyone want a broken dishwasher for $800?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ordered a couple of parts for my Dish Washer, despite being many different models they got the right one first time and delivered inside a week at a much more cost effective price than their online competition. They were very helpful, gave me some tips for fitting and have been fantastic to deal with and know their stuff for sure! Good to know quality service and support still exists in a post COVID 2022 world! Highly recommended!
