★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very calm and cool, guy behind the desk was super helpful and friendly. First time floater, was given a full run down in what to do, easy and simple instructions. Room has a lock, nice low light, great pressure shower. I was in the Apollo, it leaked a bit of light in, possibly just needs a new seal. I’d try other one next time ?. Very clean. Very professional. Go have a float!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was really disappointed with my experience. I arrived to discover reception space had boxes and other mess about. Not a big issue at all but did put a slight damper on the luxury experience I was expecting. Very friendly young man showed me to the tank and gave me instructions. I was thoroughly enjoying my float... but then the noises started. Lots of scraping of furniture and thumping noises. I had earplugs in but the noises came through loud and clear so it totally ruined the experience for me as I could no longer relax. I was also disappointed to find out later the emergency button in the tank is no longer connected so you are completely on your own if something goes wrong. The receptionist told me afterwards that if you called for help they’d probably hear you ... not the best health and safety plan.due to not being able to relax - and being slightly freaked out what all the noises were I ended up getting out early. I fed back that my float was ruined by all the noise but would have thought a partial refund or voucher for another service but no such luck. While the idea of floating was wonderful I won’t do it again and wouldn’t recommend it unless serenity and relaxation can be guaranteed- otherwise it defeats the purpose.
