I have called over the phone for flowers to be delivered and they have made the process easy as can be, I would highly recommend them to everyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Strongly recommend NOT using this company. We selected and paid in advance for flowers for a 'once in a lifetime' family event, the flowers were to be an integral part of one activity. We arranged to collect the flowers at 6pm Saturday, drove from the city to find nobody was there and we received no contact from them. We were 'rescued' by a florist in Browns Bay who were responsive and sensitive to our needs. These people when we contacted them today Monday offered free delivery today!! Now waiting for a refund. Never again.
