We engaged them for a very small amount of work based on a fixed budget and then they continued to expend considerable amounts of time for which they billed us with no reference to the original agreement nor any consent from us to the work. Then they made up accounts and invoices for work which never happened. I understand there are a number of people that have had a similar experience. Then they threaten to sue. Just an unethical and unscrupulous business and would not recommend them at all.

Only this time it was my own business i was starting and my budget. What Tim was able to do within the budget and timeframe i gave surpassed sll my expectations. Thanks Fluid for partnering with us, elevating our business, keeping us current and having excellent and transparent communication. Worth every penny and more. Cannot believe the keyboard warriors on previous comments , no way these guys are as ethical and scrupulous as they come, sounds more like monkeys wanting peanuts for nothing.
