Oh my goodness - I've just picked up my framing today and it is so absolutely wonderful! I bought some art pieces back from Europe and got the most amazing advice from Benson and team on how best to frame them to maximise their appeal. Each piece is truly beautifully framed and I cannot thank the team enough. The advice is professional and friendly, there is no hard sell but lots of positive encouragement and the quality is superb. I've now got truly unique and valuable items thanks to the superb service.

Even though his Christmas workload was well and truly full, he still took mine under his wings and even completed it within a week! It was my first time getting a customised frame and I can't recommend Focus Frame enough. Well worth the money - the craftsmanship is amazing and the service is top notch.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent customer service have used before and will use again.. Helpful suggestions for frames, colours and mounts to suit individual pieces. Did a marvelous job with an embroidery and our degree certificates. Aftercare advice waa given. They also managed to get my embroidery framed in our restricted time frame a day ahead of schedule (thank you). They use special glass to reduce sun fade so vital here in NZ.

I was guided throughout the whole process with my thoughts always being considered at every opportunity. A wonderful collaboration, I fully recommend them!
Also, they went above and beyond for another picture Christmas present for my parents in a very busy time, so I'm very happy with the whole outcome and the price was worth every penny.
