★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was told my laptop was broken beyond repair, and was quoted $1200 for a replacement from Focus Timaru. Decided to get a second opinion, and was shocked to be told that the issue was a software problem and after paying just $70, the laptop is now working perfectly.
Lesson for today...get a second opinion!
