★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I sought Cassandra’s help because I set self-improvement goals for myself and I was feeling daunted even before starting on my journey. I was extremely lacking in focus and self-confidence to set myself up successfully and this was making me feel extremely overwhelmed.
She helped me focus my energy and shift my belief positively. At the end of our coaching sessions, I believe that I can go after my goals successfully.
I still have a long way to go but she provided me with tools and coping techniques so that I feel confident, but more importantly, that I learn to enjoy myself in the process.

Cass is the best coach for anyone need an good advice or insights.
She takes time to get to know you and keep her pass with you.
And Cass is just a nice person. I always feel comfortable with her. It is important as your life coach, give you feel easy to talk to. Cass is a good listener.
When I doubt, I ask her opinions. I'm glad to meet her as my life coach.
