β β β β β I saw Monika demonstrate her Spinach and Kale Saag at the Christchurch Vegan Expo. I used to make a similar type of dish but it seemd to be missing something. Since learning from Monika this has now become a firm favourite in our household. It is one my daughter would eat every night given half a chance. Monika has a way of teaching that makes cooking fun and simple but there is alot of flavour. I would absolutely recommend any of her cooking classes.

β β β β β Monika made us a very nice vegan curry. It was quite mild which suits us and had a delightful cumen after taste. We try to eat vegetarian at least once a week as I suppose it hard to break old habits of cooking meats for protein. Keep up the good work Monika.
