★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came in to look at a brand new van at Ford pukekohe. Was not approached by any staff for help. Heaps of staff there. Clearly too busy to approach potential customers. All good will look elsewhere. Wouldnt bother coming back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service reception girl was good and very efficient. Service is if my vehicle was o.k. car wasn't washed or cleaned inside due to water restrictions, but they were washing cars at the end the service bays (go figure!).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Awesome Service, they even cleaned my vehicle. Akld Central - Car Service company's stopped Cleaning vehicles years ago. Also people at Service Desk, were on to it. Very polite, respectful top people.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We stopped in to have a nosey and a Staff member approached us and said oh we only sell brand new here. Staff were not helpful at all. We felt like we were being judged based on our appearance and most likely being maori as they were helpful to everyone else that walked in and left us standing there. Oh well their loss we bought brand new from Joe at South Auckland Motors Manukau. Highly recommend Joe in Manukau if your looking for a car.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely useless. You think you would receive a premium service getting your car serviced at ford. WRONG. Take your money elsewhere because the service I got is equivalent to a cheap local mechanic. Didn’t realise it takes 10 hours to change a filter. They also said they were cleaning my car when I rang for an update. When I got my car back, it wasn’t even touched inside . Could still see all the crumbs on the floor. They don’t give a toss. Next
