My haircut was somewhat identical to the picture that I showed her. She was also able to offer professional advice on haircare. I am very happy after receiving this haircut and confident that I’ll be returning to this salon. Thank you for your patience and your excellent service!

Jo , who is the owner of the shop is very friendly and have a sense of humor. I've been seeing her since I moved to Auckland in 2011.
Other hairdressers such as Rainkie is friendly, calm and professional that actually listens and provides recommendation to your hair.
Both of them are great and I hope more customers will choose this place for their hair.

Super in love with my new hair. Her professionalism was expectational. Also Jo and Pep are locals who have a great bases of local regular clients which says allot and is truly a reflection on how fantastic they run their local salon. Thank You Team

It was my first time experience- I went with reference to a reddit comment that recommended them for curly hair.
Their staff was superbly nice and comforting, the salon has an artsy vibe- everything was perfect until it came to my haircut. Absolutely disappointed! My hairdresser (who I would not name because she was genuinely nice) did a wet cut on my curly hair and she was very confident about her work. I walked out with half-dried diffused hair, by the time I reached home it scrunched up to a very short awkward length and pretty much no shape at all- a troll in other words! I have been trying to hide it with clips and tie it in portions and praying it grows back soon, so I could get some good layers again!
So if you have curly/wavy hair, I would suggest to please look for other places- only cause its not their expertise.
But I would absolutely recommend them if you have straight hair and are looking for an excellent salon service/ hair treatments.
Once again, you girls are amazing!! And your customer service is impeccable! Keep at it!! :))
