★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Met a friend at Frasers for lunch today. The service was just slow. I waited ages for my ham and cheese bagel and my friend his chicken dish. We sat and chatted for a long time over our empty plates. The food was nicely presented and quite tasty. The Lemmy lemonade was refreshing. Sorry to miss the famous cheesecake.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went there for coffee this morning and it was very unpleasant. I asked for extra chocolate in my mocha (which I didn't get). The sizes are ridiculous. I asked for large and when it came out, it looked like a small, although the price was definitely LARGE. Very underwhelming.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went there on Sat for afternoon tea. They were not that busy but had trouble getting staff to seat us, then trouble getting menus. Staff did not come back to take order and we had to signal to them after waiting a good 10 minutes. We ordered coffee and cake. The drinks took about 10 minutes and w out of 3 cakes just never arrived. Having been there about 4t minutes we left totally unsatisfied. Staff need to be better organized. Won't be going there again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great food, awesome coffee, good service and love the ambience. No wonder why 1400+ reviews are there. We were lucky to find the table on Mother’s Day without reservations. Don’t miss their Brioche French toast. Highly recommended!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Superb new York cheese cake!! Really smooth and rich, and it's moist too! Ordered the bacon egg Benedict as well, haven't had such on point Benny for soooo long! The waiters and waitresses are also friendly and lovely atmosphere! Definitely come in for brunch or afternoon tea?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was really looking forward to trying out Fraser’s under the new ownership of the circus circus owners and let me tell you that it is seriously good.
Flat white was ready within 2mins of ordering, the eggs Benny with bacon was amazing and I even dabbled for a hot chocolate to finish, what a great Monday morning!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Such a good place to visit. Having "The Grill" for lunch and it is quite nice tho, I would say the fries might need a bit more seasoning, otherwise everything else was good, bacon cooked to the level I really like. Finishing A Piece of Me "Banoffee", as a cake and bake lover, I am impressed with the cream, smooth and nice, not overly sweet. Love the place and will come back/recommend to friends.
