The Pilates classes are small with lots of individual help, perfect for anyone just starting out or with previous reformer experience. Exercise that is fun and great for the physique!!

β β β β β Finding Cath has been a godsend. She is a thorough and knowledgeable physio that gets results. Cath has managed to get me back on my ankle faster than any other physio has after a bad ankle sprain. Not only is she a great physio, Cath is also friendly, flexible with appointments to fit in with my schedule and always on time.

β β β β β I visited Freedom Health after an injury at the weekend.
I had an appointment with Hannah, and I am normally not the greatest person when injured. But the team was welcoming and Hannah put me at immediate ease by asking key and historical questions about my injury or previous injuries.
After some treatment my flexibly in my shoulder was greatly increased. I would highly recommend seeing the team.

β β β β β Excellent service, you pay more but you get a high level of quality care and time. Iβve been seeing Hazel for a few months now and she is very thorough. I have transitioned to Jo and I was a bit worried that she wouldnβt be as good but she too was great! I also love the app that they program your stretches into, very handy when trying to remember each specific stretch. Would recommend!
