★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Meant to post this at the time but events and then memory got away on me. Dined there in March for my mum's 99th birthday. Unbelievably we were the only table (only 5 of us) and they pretty much opened for the evening just for us. Loved the Galettes, and the French Greedy dessert (shared) was excellent. The young lady that waited on us was very efficient and super friendly. Throw in the reasonably priced bottle of French champagne and the whole evening just represented great value for money; top notch all round.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1. We were 10mins late so our booked table outside was given to someone else. No phone call. Lead to a table inside on arrival, but finally given table outside on request.
2. Food well below expectations, based on previous experience here ... under new management?
3. Profiterole hard and greasy, deep fried? Suggest chef does course in French cuisine.
4. Food presentation poor, maybe just a bad hair day
5. Wouldn’t go back here again

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would give this place 10 stars if I could, We have been here twice in the past couple weeks, food is probably some of the best I have had in Auckland, service is just as good and the location is awesome. I have been recommending this to everyone and I recommend it to you reading this. Go there. Now. You won't regret it.
