The correct load. Maybe my wording might ha e been Vienna. Long story to short. Loaf was not the right one but I bought what he provided. Also explained how each store had special loaves. Just so impressed with his patience for an older person. Well done his job makes me to want to shop there even though New Countdown 10minutes away.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really upset by the poor customer service here - at management level! We tried to talk with Manager Georgia Watson who was awfully cold, stubborn, and clearly didn’t want to help us.
Even though it was Freshchoice Richmond’s online system that had repeatedly made mistakes, Manager Watson made us feel like it was our fault for trying to use it! It was frustrating to have to cancel our groceries order but the most horrible part was the manager’s total lack of understanding or empathy.
