★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Both of my children attended Freyberg Preschool, one currently and one in 2011-2012. They have stayed consistent in their high standards, they have many awesome resources, engaged, friendly teachers and a real community feel. I couldn’t recommend this preschool enough!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Enrolled my eldest at 4.5yrs last year; was very reluctant to leave him but the teachers were so nice, letting me ring up and check on him for the first couple of days. Needn't have worried; he has thoroughly enjoyed his time there. The staff are all so lovely, the diversity of equipment is amazing, the activities are child centered and change every day minus the obvious favourites. There is always a clear explanation on their parent page that shows what learning has been going on and how it links to the te whaariki curriculum. Incidently if you're a teacher introducing play based learning or would like some ideas for how you approach play based learning in your class I think they are an outstanding model of how to do it in a way where the kids are playing with the activity, they're engaged and there is visible learning going on, not just having free play time under the label play based learning. I can't recommend them enough. Mr 3.5 is adamant he's not waiting till he's 4 to start!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Love this preschool my eldest 2 went here and now my youngest currently attends. Amazing resources, new activities daily. The teachers are amazing - feels like a family. My second child often got upset when I left but the teachers were so comforting she quickly got over that. Could not reccomend this preschool enough!
