★ ★ ★ ★ ★ i went to show home as they have big sign open saturday 10 am to 3pm and it was not open no one onsite and no answer to telephone calls only answering machine not nice i traveled all the way from airport and vary dissipointed

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Building houses behind me. Never once been in contact with or - or my neighbours regarding the level of disruption. Constant vibration and shaking of our homes, cracks forming - while they sort the soil and ground works for months... now driving feckin piles in the ground. Just nothing from these arrogant swines. Why can you not even letter drop some comms, dates of works to effected neighbours. Have some goddamstakeholder engagement!!!!
I am sick to death of my house shaking, the noise.
My animals are frightened. Its not good enough.
As far as I am concerned Friday Homes you are arrogant, disrepectful. I would never recommend you to anyone.

Very hard to get in touch with them and they always promise to fix but no show all the time.
Think twice before getting them to build your property.
Just sharing from my experience with this company. And never accept any cash deal offers to do a job cause it will never be build.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Friday Homes have no idea what they are doing when it comes to communication. We had major delays and wasn't told or updated on what the issue was and when it would be resolved. They showed a lack of transparency when we chased them up about it which resulted in alot of stress that could have been avoided. We had no idea about finishing date due to conflicting information with the app they use which was poorly updated by the project manager. If you are after a professional company that doesn't stop communicating with you once they have your money then go elsewhere. Alot of stress and uncertainty with Friday Homes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Friday Homes recently built our new home, which was our first time building. Unfortunately this was not a pleasant experience due to the lack of communication throughout the whole process. Our house took 18 months to finally complete and we had to chase them up every few months with updates. The house build quality appears fine but we are still to this day chasing up remedial work, never ending stress! I wouldn't recommend them, especially if this is your first time building as you want a company who will communicate well.
