★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Signed up for a men's haircut and even confirmed my appointment the day before. Was 5 minutes late and was denied a haircut. I have been there a few times before and have not complained about waiting 10-15minutes even though I had made appointments beforehand. Wont be having another haircut there.
