★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was clear from the beginning that we made the right call not to use Fusion homes for our first build. Pushy and far from professional was our personal experience. When we let them know we would not be using them, it was met with a snarky, sarcastic email and I was asked why we even bothered with them in the first place. We are still weighing up between some really great companies who are brilliant at customer relations and ideas for our home. Something I hope Chris from Fusion can sharpen up on.
