★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Brought my Mercedes in While I was down in Rotorua for the week and enquired about whether they had some parts in stocks.
Half the team were walking off to have lunch when I arrived and the guy at reception made me feel like I was interrupting his time. Not the slightest bit interested in my business and was not interested in even looking at what parts I needed. I went back to Auckland and got the parts straight away. I thought, why not support some of the small town local businesses. Glad I didn’t. Wouldn’t recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Took car in for warrant. 2hrs later needed wiper blades,light adjustment,and lens polished and needed oil and bulbs renewed .all was done 3 months ago but not bulbs.oil was done a week ago. A $50 warrant cost $198.62 my fault for asking to do the miner things to get a warrant. 1 star

We had a bit of an issue with our motorhome, limp home mode ,no power ,rang GB Motors and fronted up at this extremely busy period just before xmas. As I needed to get back to wellington due to health issues the owner Darryl and his amazing wife Leah went above and beyond the call of duty.
They took the stress away and we can't thank them enough.
