★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Do your due diligence before using G Revake Builders Ltd. Our experience with him has been so poor that we had to take an LBP complaint against Mr Revake and G Revake Builders Ltd and LBP found him to be negligent and suspended him for 12 months, he has had his Certified Builders registration revoked. Mr Revake, during this suspension period continued to advertise that he was an LBP builder and he continues to have the Certified Builders logo up, this is misleading the public.
Due to his abusive emails, lack of communication and the huge cost of remedial work we paid for, the District Court has also found in our favor. Despite the court ordering Mr Revake to release necessary documentation so we can obtain our Certified Code of Compliance Mr Revake still refuses to supply us with these so 3 years on we are still waiting.
