★ ★ ★ ★ ★ product is ok, query reply and order update is poor. the plan I approved was different from what the installer understood. If I had not insisted with the original plan, they would have installed the wrong one. Overall, it was not a smooth experience, but happy with the finish product.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We just moved to our new house and did a lot of research and had quotes from other companies and decided to go with Joseph and his Team for the installation and supply of our pergola. Galaxy Home Decor have a Show Room in East Tamaki which would help their customers physically see their quality product and what they can provide to their customers which was extremely helpful for our family. Joseph's experience, knowledge and honesty from the first day made us feel very comfortable with going with him and his team. He's a very down to earth person who listened and gave advice for our needs and even went an extra mile sharing an aluminum door company contact to us. Installation for a big pergola for us was not easy and Nibun (One of the team) was told to come to our house again to take the measurements and gave us options on what to do which we were all very pleased with. Throughout the process, the communication from the office and update was excellent and the installation team was very punctual on site. The installation team that came on-site were all very professional and what blew me away was the team didn't rush the job and took their time and explained the process. Three of the team members even came back after one week to seal the gutter because he told us that if he was to seal it during the past week (Rainy week) it could potentially have problems in the future. Most of our families and friends that have seen the pergola were blown away and have requested their contact details already. If your looking for an experience, honest and professional team to do the work, I highly recommend Joseph and the Team!! Looking forward to dealing with you again in the near future!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Looks alright from the bottom but upon closer inspection you will find screws sticking out and jagged bits of polycarbonate. They also didn't finish the plumbing and left bits of piping for us to do ourselves.
Edit: After this review they offered to come back and correct the problems

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I did my research prior to the confirmation with Galaxy home décor. Once I decided to go ahead with them, I had a face to face discussion with Nibun. Ask about all negative google comments, he confronted with satisfied answers. Clearly discuss about quality of the product, durability, warranty period, workmanship, installation, payment terms etc. Then again, prior to the confirmation I wanted see their completed projects nearby. Straightway with in less than hours’ time, he took me to at least 10 different places. I was very impressed with their finished projects.
Coming back to my project, they deliver everything according to plan. Few adjustments due to the Covid-19 Situation which no one has control of it. During the process, few issues came up. They were into it according to my request. At the end, I am happy with the outcome. Neat and tidy job. I have no hesitation of recommending them to the house owners, who need their services.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had the team at galaxy home decor install a Canopy on my deck 2 years ago. Was really happy with it. Yesterday I had them back again to install drop down blinds. On both occasions they were professional and friendly. Nibun spent the whole day working on them. They are a great company for affordable canopies and blinds. I'm over the moon with their workmanship. It can take a bit to get them on site as they are very busy but throughout their communication was good. And they really did deliver my dream. Thanks again team
