β β β β β Recommended here but my experience was same cost as other places but extremely amateurish (an almost completely absentee dental nurse didnβt help) and honestly my mouth feels a lot worse than before I paid these guys hundreds of dollars

β β β β β Dr Elena Lazarus is an excellent dentist - when I went in today with a sore tooth (that I thought probably needed to come out) she explained everything very clearly, great technique with the anaethetic and removed my molar with no fuss. Thank you.

β β β β β Iv been here twice now to have teeth pulled, they were quick and gentle and iv left with no pain and no issues. Awesome friendly staff, and I wouldnt go anywhere else 10/10

β β β β β I had 3 wisdom teeth out and a tooth reconstruction yesterday, almost no pain today I could probably eat something normal if I wanted to although maybe not a steak just yet haha.
Rohit was fantastic at explaining the procedure and making me feel comfortable when I said I was nervous.
I was provided clear after-care instructions with good advice on it.

β β β β β I went to Garden City Dental as I had broken a filling, too their credit they were able to see me very quickly. However the day after the filling was done I had a massive bruise come out on my face. When I rang them the Practice manager was very off hand and indicated that this can happen. After two weeks I could not open my mouth properly, and I had intense pain inside my mouth, spreading up into my ear. I went to my Doctor and and had to get Medication as the TMJ joint was damaged during the dental treatment. Cost more than it should have done as I had to pay for a Doctors visit. Phoned them back to tell them... the receptionist couldnt have cared less. Overall a bad experience and 'terrible customer service. They are lucky to get even 1 star from me.

β β β β β Visited on short notice for emergency dental care on a new filling from my own dentist. It's safe to say I'm changing to Garden City Dental. Super friendly, helpful dentist who talked me through what she was doing as she was doing it and gave helpful advice for aftercare.

β β β β β This dental service has been my go to place for years after the earthquake and for latest few appointments, they have been very disappointing: 1.Continuously changing my appointment times due to fast turnover of dentists 2.Asking me to change my appointment time on the day so that Dentist can reduce gap between appointments and go home early 3. Extremely rude receptionists, one of them yelled at me on the phone because I didn't answer "have I been here before". It is a shame really because the dentists I had before were lovely, it is rather sad that this place has such poor customer service experience now. Therefore I will not be returning and I recommend other against going to this place.

β β β β β My teeth have always caused me stress and anxiety and this is the first dental practice that I have ever been to that had made me feel fully comfortable. Theyβve worked with me at my own pace to improve my oral hygiene and attitude towards dentistry. I canβt say I look forward to it yet, but a few years ago I would sit shaking in the chair absolutely terrified. The days leading up to it would also cause me a lot of stress. Now, I am much calmer and I am confident that it will be a positive experience. Preena is so caring and kind, she offers advice and support and I cannot recommend her highly enough. The receptionist is lovely, the nurses hold your hand if you need it and both hygienists I have met have changed my life. I am so grateful that I found this practice and I think that you anyone would be lucky to be treated by this team.
I do note that covid has been tough and it is very hard to get appointments now. Every business is suffering similar issues and hopefully the staff are able to navigate the tricky time and come through it. I have just booked very far in advance to ensure I get the times etc that work with my life. The receptionist said they do leave appointments for emergency treatments.
