★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Would not recommend this company. Were supposed to do a warranty job on behalf of Parmco rang them the day I received their details, emailed them two days later and heard nothing. Parmco had to arrange another service agent to deal with this matter. Very poor service and if I could give no stars I would.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Left messages twice to arrange a visit for maintenance of a gas fire. Once was pre-covid and once was about 5 weeks ago, have not been contacted. Would not recommend even though a previous visit was quite professional

We have had several occasions where we have needed assistance with our Yakitori grill (the main piece of cooking equipment) for our restaurant and whether it was urgent or not Rob has been with us in excellent time to get us up and running for service. The most recent was a big ask and he truly saved our night! Thank you so much for your professional, affordable and efficient service Rob - we will always call you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I became rather frustrated at not having messages returned, both text and voice. I also managed to talk at 2 - 3 times asking about progress with parts, upon which I was told he’d get back in touch with me later that day or night. Never was a return call received. Highly disappointed that I went to a smaller operation to give them my work. I can deal with delays etc, but one needs to be told instead of being left in the dark (total pitch black!)
