β β β β β Well today while returning back from Whangarie to Auckland my mom and my wife with a 6 months baby wants to use washroom we stopped at GAS Te Hana ( owned by Indian : John Pattan ). After using washroom the owner stopped me and started asking $ 5 for each person including. I denied paying $ 5 as itβs been soo long time that am living in NZ no one has asked money for using washroom. The onwer was extremely RUDE, ARROGANT, ILLITERATE and RACIST. THE Owner started BEGGING from me saying that i have to pay him for washroom and then I ended up paying him $ 5. The OWNER just own GAS franchise not GAS so he canβt make his own rule. He also did RACIST comment saying that β would you and your family have used the washroom if itβs owned by KIWI and I replied him saying that KIWI wouldnβt have never behaved so β CHEAPLY LIKE U DID OR ANY OTHER PERSON β
I Request to ALL the people out in Te Hena - Wellsford that PLEASE DONT PUMP FROM GAS TE HANA AND DONT BUY ANYTHING FROM HIS STATION AS PEOPLE LIKE HIM DONT DESERVE A SINGLE CUSTOMER.

β β β β β When i was there the petrol station inside was going to have extra room for another store.
Toilets are located inside.
Pleasant visit just bought petrol and some snacks for the ride.

β β β β β Great small town gas station that definitely has more convenient items than you would think.
I was on my phone while pumping gas and the staff very politely told me off, it slipped my mind that it is not safe to be on your phone at the same time.

β β β β β If you want customers only using your toilets, how about cleaning them and provide soap because it was a disgrace! Also it's Easter weekend so wouldn't you make enough money? Be nice to people, coz it's likely they'll return and not be so nice to you next time!

β β β β β It is most affordable fuel station as you save 6 cents per litre like PaknSave fuel and the Indian guy at the counter advises about most worthwhile tourist spots upon request which is so correct. Thanks for advising us to visit Waitangi Treaty grounds which happened to be the best experience of our entire Bay of Islands & Northland trip :)
