★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gavin & Michelle from Harcourts were great. Initially they helped to get our home unit ready for sale. When the bathroom needed some work to get it up to standard with the rest of the unit, they recommended a good contractor and helped to get the work quoted and done. They managed the process of marketing and sale liasing with the property manager, tenant and ourselves along the way. We were pleased to sell at auction and move into 2021 with the capital to pursue new ventures. We highly recommend team Roberts for their professional attitudes, great communication, friendly natures and ability to get the job done! We will definitely be selling with them in the future.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gavin and the team are bloody hard working. From marketing to communication to give or take 35 groups coming through the open homes on a 3 week campaign; quite impressed. The auction for us got passed in, which was disappointing, however, Team Roberts once again sprung to life and worked their base to get the desired result (within 4 days post auction).
Would I recommend Team Roberts; 100%.
More than happy to have a phone discussion if required with potential sellers looking at Team Roberts as well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We highly recommend Gavin Roberts and his team! We worked closely with Sam Tran who has been incredible from day one!
He organized property viewings at prospective houses for us, and was so accommodating to our tricky schedules (shift worker) and really understanding working around our sons daycare. Once we were successful in finding our new home, they made the whole process simple and easy and always talked us through next steps, this was so helpful because it seemed very daunting to us.
Team Roberts also sold our house (during level 3 lockdown) all of the communication from the initial photos and video being done, through to the "by appointment" viewings and then the drop of the hammer on auction day was fantastic and because of them a lot less stressful.
If you chose to sell your property with Team Roberts, you will experience first hand how genuine and helpful they are.
For us, our experience was super positive and we actually felt like part of the team not clients.
