And he is incredibly patient with taking enough time to explain computer geek stuff to me - I'm very techno-challenged. I have used kiersn for repairs and he helped with a upgrade build pc which was much more economic than buying a new pc from mainstream retailer.

The next day I dropped the unit into Kieran at 10:30am and 10:38am the following day he texted letting me know it was ready to go with the upgrade done. At the time of pickup Kieran discussed with me on what my sons PC next upgrade may look like which was appreciated. The cost of the repair was half of what I was expecting so very happy. Great service, good feedback and fantastic pricing from Geek 2 U Whangarei.
