They go above and beyond to help out for urgent items the school needed and all the end of year trophies are engraved to a high standard and finished on time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a 21st present engraved and the workmanship is well below standard. I returned to General Engravers and discussed the issues but they stood by their work. General Engravers suggested i go to another engraver in town and get a second opinion which i did. Said company will be getting our work in future as they quoted the same price and guaranteed a much better job than was provided by General Engravers.
If you after a professional service by a SKILLED tradesman go elsewhere.
