★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was here from the US in Feb, earlier this month. I went there to look around and found out they had Long Lavalavas, i didn`t know they came in that size, so i was very happy to purchase one to take back home. Now my brother and friend wants one.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Recommended by a family member I came here to have an ie (in store they're labelled as lavalava) made up for a wedding. I picked some fabric from in-store and only had to pay for the making of the ie (fabric cost was waved as this was purchased in-store). For what I paid I was pleasantly surprised with my ie. Will be returning to have some more made up. Turn around was a couple days from payment to pick up.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Please when a customer walks in, let them finish what they're trying to say or needed. Don't just straight away and say yes yes yes we can do it! no problem we can do it! and then put down the wrong order. If there was a zero I would give your shop that. Just because of how you guys try to turn it around and say it's my fault and not your worker. When I came in she just kept quiet knowing it's her fault. Oh yes the shop is great. Variety to choose from and you have sizes from small to 7xl. Customer service bad. Don't rush customers, listen to what they're asking for and don't try to cover your fault when you couldn't provide the whole video and only show what you want. Why would I put an order through and pay for it in person and then get something different. Yes I'm not a happy customer because I pay for it and didn't get what I wanted.
